Dr. Sarah Oyeneyin PT, DPT, CLT

Dr. Sarah Oyeneyin is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialization of pelvic health. She is originally from Maryland and went to school at the University of Hartford in Connecticut where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After working in pelvic floor and orthopedics, Dr. Sarah decided to solely pursue her passion of pelvic floor therapy by completing a pelvic health residency program at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Through this she was able to gain an extensive amount of knowledge about the pelvic floor and the importance of our pelvic health. Dr. Sarah is also a certified lymphedema therapist and has been also able to carryover her skills in lymphedema care to pelvic health.

While in Pittsburgh, Dr. Sarah was a very active member of the community, participating in pelvic floor workshops, teaching as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh Doctor of Physical Therapy School, acting as a Physical Therapist consultant at the Birmingham Free Clinic, as well as creating a course on Vagus Nerve Stimulation (your body's ability to rest and digest)!

Her goal is to share the wealth of knowledge that she's gained and empower everyone that crosses her path with greater understanding of their pelvic health, as well as confidence in their bodies in order to thrive in the community without fear of pelvic floor barriers.

Dr. Sarah is new to the Charlotte area and plans to continue her participation and engagement in the community. After her love of pelvic health, Dr. Sarah also enjoys walks in the park, food tasting, and crafting!
